Driving around Dover
From Dover, almost every errand is a longer drive. More miles per trip means tire rotations, alignment checks and transmission fluid service come due sooner on the calendar than they would for a vehicle that stays in town.
- Racine County is in the Wisconsin Vehicle Inspection Program area. If a vehicle fails, we diagnose and repair the cause, and the retest is done through the Wisconsin program.
- Bring the maintenance records you have. We keep a record for each fleet vehicle after the visit.
In a straight line, Dover is about 22 miles northwest of our shop, in Racine County, Wisconsin. Its nearest neighbors on our list: Union Grove (4.4 miles), Yorkville (5.5 miles) and Brighton (6.1 miles).
Work at the shop
Customers from Dover most often ask for steering and suspension, wheel alignment, transmission service and brake repair, so a technician here sees a lot of that work. Businesses in Dover also send ProMaster, Sprinter and Transit vans and box trucks, so fleet maintenance is regular work. Roe Automotive has repaired cars, light trucks and work vans in Zion since 1990. For the full picture, see auto repair for Dover drivers.
