Racine driving mixes downtown and lakefront streets, Highway 20 and Highway 11 retail traffic, industrial parks and commutes to I-94. Delivery and service vans run stop and go routes across the city, and lake effect winters with heavy salt are hard on brakes, brake lines, exhaust and batteries.
