Driving around Benet Lake
Benet Lake and the Salem Lakes area mean country roads, lake traffic in summer, and long drives to anything. Boats and trailers in summer and long winter commutes on Route 173 and US-45 add miles quickly. Vehicles here are also registered in Kenosha County, so they fall under the Wisconsin emissions program.
- Call ahead or send an appointment request first so we can plan the time.
- If you work in Zion, Gurnee or Waukegan, drop the car off on the way.
- Wisconsin emissions failures: we fix the cause, and you retest through the Wisconsin program.
