- Take Grand Avenue (IL-132) east to Green Bay Road.
- Go north on Green Bay Road, then continue on Kenosha Road toward Zion.
- Turn east on 21st Street, then onto Horizon Court.

Driving around Gurnee
Gurnee traffic is seasonal. Summer weekends near Six Flags Great America and holiday shopping at Gurnee Mills turn Grand Avenue and the I-94 interchange into long stop and go lines. That kind of idling in heat is hard on cooling systems and transmissions. Commuters on I-94 put on highway miles quickly, so tire wear, alignment and maintenance intervals come up faster than for in-town drivers.
- Coming from the Grand Avenue corridor on a busy day, Green Bay Road north is calmer than Lewis Avenue.
- High mileage I-94 commuters: ask us to look up your maker maintenance schedule so nothing gets missed.
- Overheating in summer traffic? Pull over, shut the engine off, and call us before driving further.
Gurnee is in Lake County, Illinois, about 6 miles south of the shop in a straight line. The closest other towns on our list are Park City (1.8 miles), Wadsworth (4.0 miles) and Waukegan (3.7 miles).
